Encrypted everywhere
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Backups are encrypted, and a restore is proven by restoring a real snapshot into a fresh database and checking the tenant rows are there - a gate fails the build if the newest passing proof is more than 35 days old.

Role-based permissions per teammate and enforced 2FA - with an immutable audit log on every record view and edit. SSO on Enterprise is coming soon.
AI that never trains on your patients
Lin runs on a HIPAA-eligible service under a BAA with zero data retention, captures consent before any patient-specific answer, and none of your data is used to train models. Sensitive actions wait for human approval. The AI scribe will run under the same rules.
